Yoga with Kim takes you on a journey from the mind to the heart and invites a sense of wholeness and self love.
Classes are accessible, rhythmic and flowing. We focus on opening the body, releasing tension and feeling calm.
 Kim’s approach to teaching is lighthearted and allows a natural acceptance to each moment of our practice and ultimately life itself.

Kim has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years and received her formal teacher training of Hatha Yoga through Open Source Yoga with Daniel Clement in 2013. She is also trained in SUP Yoga, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga and is a certified Meditation Instructor. She has had the honour of studying under Sally Kempton and Marc Holzman and has also participated in several yoga workshops both locally and internationally.  Her greatest teacher continues to be her own heart.
